Hi! I'm Rachel, Certified Pilates Instructor with 14 years teaching experience, 25 years of practice and a former Professional Dancer. I started this Channel to bring the highest quality Pilates to people wherever they are in the world because everyone deserves to feel good in mind and body- no matter age or stage in life. I offer Pilates and Dance based fitness for all abilities and ages from Beginners to Advanced Levels. I also livestream classes every Monday and Friday, so do pop by and say hello! Standing Pilates with Weights Full Body Workout for Balance, Strength and Mobility | 15 Mins
Join me for a 15 Minute Standing Pilates full body workout with weights created to increase strength in your whole body. This is an Intermediate level workout for all ages. This routine starts with warm up movements, then progressively gets more challenging, so stick with it to the end! It'll raise the heart rate, challenge your balance and coordination and build real strength and muscle tone in your body. Thanks for this routine. I started today and I have a question about breathing. The breathing out time you set is too short for me: I worked quite a lot on my breathing and I would like to keep it that way, not train it back to be shorter. Does that impact the exercise in any way?

Rachel, what size ball should I be using? I was using a small one my son gave me many years ago. This was the first time I used it. I am thinking I have too small of a ball. It’s about 50cm tall. I found I was quite wobbly. Also, is it normal to feel “seasick” when rolling backwards over the ball?

I couldn't make the class yesterday ,so missed the vote🙄 just finished it now.....loved it after a full week of doing both your playlists. The only equipment I haven't got is a ring.......... I really enjoy the ball and the weights, sometimes get tangled with the bands,but still happy to do the challenge 😉 Looking forwards to the new playlists and a new challenging week .....Thank you so much x
